Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and provide a reason.

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and invoice copies for verification.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your registered address within 48 hours.
